Not a fan of that band at all, but some critisism(so you can work on it, no offence meant or taken, I hope!)
The AVA symbol should be moved away from the earth, the overlap cuts off the area of view of the picture and ruins the perspective. The top of, whatever that is(A tank?) has it's edges revealed, needs to be fixed up. Also, the shadowed look is too unconsistant, so it doesn't quite mix with the picture's background well. It goes from shades to all sorts of bright colors. Not a great mix, really. The "Angels & Airwaves" on the bottom would look better if it was to replace the AVA at the top, and set in an overlay+shadowed on the top. Or you can simply remove the text and move the AVA to a more suitable position. No need for two logos, really.

Just my two cents, listen or not, it's all fine!
