Apparently, my counselor from high school, Mick Ruettiger, is the brother of Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger, the character portrayed in Rudy.

probably why it took TJ a while to find out his guidance counselor was a brother...because people will assume the guy is a dick

he spoke at my school my senior year....kids wouldn't shut up in the stands and he literally got pissed off and yelled at them

from what i understand, he is the brother in the stands at the end of the movie... i know he had like 11 or 12 bros and sisters tho

well, his parents were working on the theory that if you have enough kids, one of them will option a story that becomes a classic sports movie, and thus financing the families from there on...

the real rudy is actually in the movie from what i remember



hes one of the photographers at the end of the movie
