View Full Version : Best Cursive Album
This thread inspired by
- kevin's "best bright eyes album" thread
- the fact that i just listened to the ugly organ while walking to the liquor store
Splits and EP's obviously included
My favourite is Burst and Bloom, because my 3 favourite Cursive songs are all on that EP.

I used to think you were an annoying person
But now I know that you're an annoying person with good taste in music.
Hey Colin, every day we will have a Saddle Creek poll. Tommorrow it can be The Faint. Then when we run out of options we can move onto a different label.

Now I know you're a person with good taste in music, and a vast intellect

maybe no one likes cursive enough to vote, i know that to be true because i didnt
The Ugly Organ is probably the best 'album,' but more of my favorite Cursive songs are on Domestica, so my vote goes there. Everyone who posts in these threads jump greatly in my esteem.

The Good Life is awesome. I will make a Good Life pull for sure. I think some of Tim Kashers best stuff is on his Good Life albums.

i think so as well. it is strange how under rated the good life is even to supposed kasher fans. i just find it crazy that most people who like cursive have no idea who the good life are.
different sounds, same kasher though.
It's like Kasher vocals with postal service type melodies. Great stuff.

ugly organ ets my vote. more melodic than the rest, plus the cello adds so much.

Eight Teeth to Eat You looks oh so cold and lonely, all neglected-like in the poll. It gets a sympathy vote from me.

the disruption ep should atleast get mentioned.
the ugly organ, followed closely by burst and bloom. the addition of greta to the band made a huge difference.
