i think ortiz can do just enough standing with liddell, and as long as he can get a couple takedowns in 5 rounds and drop some elbows, it should be his fight.

Chuck has become an elite fighter in MMA. I would pit him against almost anyone at his weight class and say he has an extremely good shot. His takedown defense is maybe the best at his weight class. With that being said I think that unless Tito has improved his stand up skills offensively and defensively he doesn't have a shot. I just don't think that Tito can contend with Chuck's stand up. I think that there are two people who can contend with Chuck and thats Quinton Jackson and Wanderli Silva. Jackson for his stand up defense against punches and kicks, and he can throw too. He also has a knack for breaking through some of the best takedown defenses. As for Silva he can stand and throw for days, and Chuck has never fought anyone that quick.

i wish they had 10 counts or something when someone gets into trouble or something like that that would allow dramatic come from way behind victories like boxing does. i hate how fights are generally slow paced and boring and then you get like 30 seconds of good action before the fights over.
