Im getting my wisdom teeth taken out..

ive been put out twice for surgerys, and both times i woke up and puked w/o knowing that i did i guess..........but i dont know if they use the same kind of stuff when you get teeth pulled as they do for surgerys

yeah the first time i had no clue, until my mom told me the next day. the otehr time i kind of rememebr waking up and doing it, but then i just went like right back out for another 4 or 5 hours so i pretty much forgot about it

For some reason everytime I have to be put under by my dentist, it's really not that bad...but for some reason I have a reaction where my ass hurts really bad when I come to.

@threadstarter: the only thing you can do is to cool it and take the painkillers they give you. it actually heals within one or two weeks.

dude, when you wake up, you're going to be FUCKED UP. and then you get to take some vicodin. it's not all bad, just don't get frustrated that your meals are going to be milkshakes for a day or two.

dont even worry about it, ur mouth will be so full of cotton you won't be able to say a word. I thought the same thing when i had mine taken out, but everything was fine.

but when i had surgery a couple of years ago(i don't remember what for) i didn't say anything. it was like i was dead.your gonna be really drowsy, but that's to be expected.

I had mine taken out. And I felt completly normal afterwards. I don't remember saying anything stupid or anything.

However, even though I didn't think it was possible, i actualy got sick of ice cream.

i had to have 5 wisdoms taken out. i was knocked out. but when i woke up i felt great; didnt puke; didnt say much at all; but once it wore off i felt really fucked up...but they give you some really nice drugs that make all the pain go away...take it and good luck w/ it...

hmm maybe you're thinking something else. percocets are the same thing as oxycontins, narcotic painkillers. maybe you mean your mom is on prozac, sounds similiar...pretty different though.

but with that said, i would totally jack my kid's painkillers and tell them to walk it off.

percocets suck. they have way too much filler. oxy is definitely the way to go.
