Ozzy was amazing in his time with Black Sabbath and first few full lengths, but now he's burnt out but won't give up. Max Bemis is amazing lyrically and really a genius, but he's not that great as a frontman. Disagree 100%... Take the Rolling Stones for example.. They may have been a great band back in the 60's-80's, but what are they doing now... Sure they are making music because they love it, but they are also getting a hefty check too.. There is no way you can say Mick Jagger performs the same way as he did when he was 20 compares to him being almost 60... The same could be said about Roger Daltry and the Who, as well as Robert Plant and the remaining members of Led Zeppelin..

I don't think Freddie is a god, he's a musician.

It's not a question of age: they just don't know any better.

Let's face it: You can't see Jim Morrison or Freddie Mercury performing now(May they both rest in peace.), but they can see Adam, and he has had a large influence on this scene, for better or worse.

If we were talking frontmen of recent times I would say Lazarra would be a pretty strong contender. With all these classic frontmen on the list everything is just up in the air.

I'm one of the biggest Mark Hoppus fans ever, but he shouldn't be on the list. Tom is a true frontman (though defintely not the greatest) in AVA since he makes the whole project about him. Mark is more generous with (+44) and blends in with the band more. Plus, he has travis behind him which can draw in an entirely different crowd.
