They are these things in the pic I added. And I don't think you can take earrings back, unless the package isn't opened, and mine is. But on the box it says they go from 14g to 4g, so I was like sweet I can't just use this now instead of buying new earrings everytime I want to make my hole bigger. But the whole earring is 4g except for the very ends which are 14g...and that won't exactly go through my 10g ears.

NO!! you will not succed at all, you must go gauge by gauge. But I didn't buy 18g and 16g earrings, I stretched my ears with other things. Like multiple earrings in one hole, or a toothpick.

you cant just strech your ears that much at once. you have to do it gradually or else you will get a serious cartilage build up and have to get your lobes cut off. and b/w each guage you should wait at least 2-3 weeks for it to heal. trust me, i guaged my ears by myself from a 14 to a 10 and it killed like you wouldnt believe...i dont reccomend it.
