According to Billy, the smashing pumpkins reunion album feat. Billy Corgan and Jimmy Chamberlain(drums) is slated for a May release and thier will also be a big pumpkins tour in 07.

The other members of the re-united band have not yet been reported, so i dont know if its only gonna be those 2 former pumpkins or more. either way i think this could be interesting, i am not a huge pumpkins fan , but they are good. they have a couple really solid albums, and i am looking forward to hearing some new tunes.

any thoughts on this?

I'm a bit skeptical since corgan's solo album and zwan weren't really that good, but that doesn't mean I'm not excited to see how it turns out, especially with Roy Thomas Baker producing, considering his credits: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roy_Thomas_Baker
