Burnout2888

Since I got a Wii, I decided to pick up a controller and a memory card so I can go through a few must have GC games. i have RE4 (which has all my time going into it) and SSBM. I'm looking to pick up 3, maybe 4 games to run through. suggestions?
I'm currently about 8 hours in RE4 and got to the sewers. The third boss was absolutely stunning cinematically. This game may have a shot at my top 10 of all time.

Also, don't mention any Wii games. I have Zelda, Excite Truck, and Madden, but all three are on hold for RE4.

RE4 is in my top 5 of all time. Such an incredible game, and it doesn't slow down towards the end.
Anyway, check out this (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=199607) thread for some ideas.
Personally, I suggest:
Metroid Prime (1 or 2)
Zelda Wind Waker
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Paper Mario Thousand Year Door
Pikmin (1 or 2)
Tales of Symphonia
and a few more. They should all cost around $20 or less.

I bought Resident Evil 4 and Zelda: Windwaker for my Wii.
I would also suggest Paper Mario and Super Mario Sunshine.

tales of symphonia X 10000
I think that was the most satisfying experience I've had playing a game ever.
My only complaint with it was how simple the final boss was. Beat him on my first try, whereas some of the earlier bosses stumped me for a long time..

if you dont have Smash Bros, get it
rogue squadron 2 is pretty good
and i always pimp out Skies of Arcadia. its a port of an obscure Dreamcast RPG, but its one of the best Ive ever played.
and since you like RE4, get RE1. the remake is sick. plus you can glitch for an infinite grenade launcher if you play jill, which makes the game a joke, but a fun joke

I have Smash Bros. It's become a daily staple every night at 10:30 with my friends.
Skies of Arcadia is one of my all time favorite RPG's. That and Grandia II, both on DC. Is it any different on the GC? I may have to revisit it.
RE 1 looks really nice. Is their any major differences besides the glitch?
RE4 is amazing. I'm at 5-3 where Saddler takes over Ashley and Leon throws on the tracking device on her. This is going to be one intense ending.

any Mario sports games
Pick the best?
Pick the best?
Really tough call. Lots of good ones like Mario Golf, Mario Tennis, Mario Baseball (not all the actual names). But I guess in the end, Super Mario Strikers is probably the best. That's the soccer game and it's a shit load of fun.

well, aside from the glitch, just look at the game. they took the first one and just made it better. better graphics, better sound, creepier environments, its just all around better.
as for Skies, its almost the same game as before, but they added wanted battles, new crew members and extended the storyline a little. i never played the entire game on DC, so i cant say what they added to it. but i liked it a lot, and its worth the $25 youll spend on it.
I came in to this thread with my set answer. I saw your avatar, and no longer need to say it.
Also, Kart. I wanted to get into Smash Bros, but just didn't like it. With how addicted I was to the N64 version, this puzzled me.

You already have resident evil 4? and you want more games?
beat the regular game, beat Assignment Ada and beat Mercinaries(giving you access to buy the Chicago Typerwriter, Infinite Rocket Launcher and Infinite Handcannon), buy said weapons, and play the game again, and again, and again......
