Agreed. The 2004 Civic Tour was one of the best line ups I'd ever seen.

I doubt it, but it could be co-headlining too...
I'm gonna say it's The Academy Is... opening for my early bet...

I'm thinking TAI too, because their new album is supposed to be coming out at the beginning of April.

The press release says dates and support to be announced soon. Since tickets go on sale Feb. 17th, I'm guessing maybe in the next 2 or so weeks.

the band played four songs for the 200 or so people and i personally asked pete wentz who the support was for the tour and he said it was (+44).
here's a pic of the setlist from yesterday afternoon (the honda anouncement) and a couple pics from last night at the grove.

Hmm, your piece says they played "Moving Pictures," but I thought "Growing Up" was the old song they played.

the '04 civic tour was amazing. dashboard, thrice, the get-up kids and say anything. and i remember a few cities had the format, which i envied.

Well the format probably couldn't play too many dates since they were opening for jew and tbs, and I actually had no idea who they were when I saw them on that tour, and now I like their music a lot.

I'm not a big fan of +44 and not as big a fan as I used to be of FOB but I've never seen the latter and they'd be nice to see.
Hopefully some more/better bands will be added.
And I'd like a nashville date.

NJ had Head Automatica, The Get Up Kids, Thrice, Dashboard...amazing show...this was back when i wasnt a huge fan of Dashboard but their performance here was awesome! every other band was great too...danced during Head Automatica even tho there was only like 100 people in PNC Arts Center at the time hah..
PS...i hope this show hits the Arts Center so i can see it for free haha

Yeah, that was a great show. I don't think the Civic tour has hit PNC since the 04 tour though. I hope it does.
Aren't Civic Tour tickets always under $30 before charges? That's what I remember.

I think its a safe bet to say that one or two FBR bands will be on this tour..maybe GCH? not that i am a big fan of FBR but FOB tends to take out label mates on tour, nothing wrong with that.
