when melodies, and harmonies would coincide
into one musical etude
the sound was unlike
anything ever heard
we would get high off the wavelengths
then came the day
when the music, came to a halt
the finale so abrubt, a crash cymbol closing it up
and all that was left, running through my head
was the deafening sound of silence
