According to this studio video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FzIrZsY6jak) from The Dillinger Escape Plan (http://www.dillingerescapeplan.com), the band will have their new disc released in September. Steve Evetts (He Is Legend, Saves The Day) is producing the effort.

That makes me happy. I'd heard this disc wasn't coming out til 2009. This is a little better.

brian benoit has had several surgeries to combat his carpal tunnel in his left wrist.
it has ultimately sidelined him from the band.

ben will be writing both parts, and i assume james love will fill in as he's been doing on all live dates.

trust me, this new record will raise the tech/metal/insanity bar higher again.
all these copycats who jocked "infinity" will soon get put in their place.

Band member body checks + Blowing Fire + Pole Vaulting Mic Stands + Destroying 2k worth of equipment = great show

its too bad that benoit isnt in the band anymore, but they sound pretty tight as a four piece.
