Band of Brothers, the book, not the mini-series. It kicks ass. I dunno, read the books of all the movies you like, they are so much better.
To Kill A Mockingbird
Donnie Brasco
Alice
Fight Club
Choke

In the science-fiction genre, I recomend the Ender's Game Series by Orson Scott Hard.
He also has some more serious stuff that I've read. But that series is really entertaining.

Great, great book. I got it for summer reading, and I read the synopsis, and thought "great, Vietnam...not my thing"...but I read it and it completely gripped me. I'm only about halfway done, but I started about two days ago. I cannot wait to finish.

When i was in 6th grade my favorite book ever was "The Outsiders" by SE Hinton. I loved that book, man. wow.
"The Scarlet Pimpernel" by Baroness Orczy was pretty good.
"Macbeth" by William Shakespeare ROCKS too...
I'm not a big reader although I wish I was...

Anything by Chuck Paluhniuk, dunno if that's how it's spelt. But ya, he's the author of "fight club" and "invisible monsters". I've never read his work, but all the cool rock kids at school are into it. Whatever works for you. If you get a chance, read "red dragon" and "silence of the lambs", forgot the author. Also, "the poet" by Michael Connelly is a good book. "Catcher in the Rye" is an amazing book, thank god they force you to read it at school. "To Kill a Mockingbird" is another good book.
