All I'll say about their sound is that they need a different vocalist, as it really just sounds like he is going "roor roor roor" over and over again. I mean, I enjoy Job for a Cowboy, but that's because you can actually tell the vocalist is saying things...this band might be somewhat listenable to me if that were the case.

And really, if you love God so much, why start a band called "Impending Doom"?

Maybe cause they believe in the Bible: "The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness." This isn't an actual rationale, but it is worth noting that Christianity was never just a way to "be happy."
