Arthur and the Invisbles was determined to be under 75% animated which knocked the eligible features from 16 to 15 which only allows 3 pictures to be nominated instead of 5 if 16 were eligible which severely diminished it's possiblitity to be nominated especially after it's very limited original theatrical run.

It was eligible for this years. It can't be eligible twice. It screened in LA in November.
