I'll be conducting an interview with Sam Zurick of Cap'n Jazz (http://www.absolutepunk.net/artists/showlink.php?l=3386&catid=searchresults&searchid=1130502), Ghosts and Vodka (http://myspace.com/gavfan), and Make Believe (http://www.absolutepunk.net/artists/showlink.php?l=3408&catid=searchresults&searchid=1130513) fame. Leave any questions you may have for him in replies. To get a good idea of all the projects he's been a part of, check out this page (http://www.joanfrc.com/sam.html).

How do you stay inspired to produce such a plethora of work. Please put out another Ghosts and Volka record if you can.

why is everything you touch gold?
but seriously, ask him how he feels that cap'n jazz was like one of the most defining bands in the 'emo' scene and ask him what he thinks of the scene these days.

Did you take guitar lessons when you were a kid or did you develop your unique style all on your own.

Could you give your opinion of bands who have obviously been influenced by the work of groups you've been involved in? Bands like, but not limited to- Maps & Atlases, Damiera, Portugal The Man, etc.

What bands out there on the scene today really spark your interest?

In terms of your own writing and playing style, did you have any significant jazz or classical influences? If not, who did you emulate, or who were you influenced by?

Tell Sam that his tattoo actually does not add all that much character. But ask to see the one on the back of his balls. That one does.
