I'm glad you like it. I view/post from my pocket pc phone, so sometimes I don't view all areas of the site, but I'm curious to know if ap.net ever reviewed this album, or if it came out before the site was up? My guess is that it came out before the site was online. Out of curiosity, would it ever be possible to review that album? Maybe even a section on the site that reviews older albums that the kids may not have ever listened to?? HMMMMM????

I've heard a lot of this record, as it was being recorded, so I know just how great it is, but dang...the kids don't have a clue what's about to hit 'em. Pick this record up people. It'll be an injustice to music if this isn't well received.

Anatomy of a Ghost - evanessance. i havent listened to this cd in forever and its still one of my favorites. if you havent heard of them you need to check them out. They were an amazing "screamo" act that had some really big potential. if you like good "screamo" check it.
http://www.myspace.com/anatomyofaghost
Chad Perrone - everything by him. its the lead singer formerly of avery. His solo work is amazing and this guy has such an amazing voice. if you like good pop music or avery i suggest you check him, i also suggest you check out the song "breathe" by him as well.
http://www.myspace.com/chadperrone
LANSDOWNE - Leaving Boston e.p. yes, i reccomend these guys every weekend but thats besides the point. Their e.p. is some pretty good rocking tunes. I seen them friday open up for CUTE IS WHAT WE AIM FOR at some college and they stole the show away from them. i havent seen them live since june and they have gotten so much better live (not like they were bad before). They were able to pull off their usual antics such as moving around like crazy on stage jumping around, you know doing their thing, getting into the music and they sounded so dam tight. i didnt go for them and if i werent friends with lansdowne otherwise i wouldnt have stayed to stick around to see cute it what we aim for and i thought they were pretty bad live. Whats not surprising what everyone says about cute is what we aim for is true. The lead singer was a nice guy or at least seemed it but the rest of the band had their heads up their asses thinking they're huge rockstars. it was pretty bogus but lansdowne was lots of fun to watch. just give these guys a listen if you havent already. if you like GOOD catchy rock tunes that can really have an edge then this is the band for you. i gurantee you'll be truely impressed with their singers voice.

so here's a question to stirr up talk
do you think Anberlin will go/or has a chance to go major after this release?
Nathan's interview (http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthread.php?t=203955) with Stephen addressed this:
How have you guys responded to the major label seduction?
Stephen – Well, that's what we're dealing with right now. We're deciding to go on with a major label or stay on Tooth and Nail, and it's a really hard decision because there are advantages to being on both sides. But honestly there is not much more benefit of going with a major label anymore. Underoath re-signed, they got courted by a whole bunch of major labels but instead they went with Tooth and Nail. It's just that major labels aren't what they used to be. They have all the money in the world, but they have no passion, they have very little passion for your band. They just want what will make them the quick money. In the bands eyes, that could definitely be a benefit, because we
could get more exposure, we could get the CD out there, we could potentially "blow up". But does anyone really like the music? Or are we just a here and now, in the moment band. That's not who we've been in the past, and it doesn't feel like we should change that now. Tooth and Nail have never really treated us poorly; they are really great people. Now they are my really good friends, some of my best friends are John Frazier and Chad Johnson over at Tooth and Nail, our marketing guy and our A&R. They are just two great guys that I hang out with every time I'm in Seattle. So, it's hard to just say, "Oh, we'd love to go to a major label." Because major labels just aren't what they used to be anymore. We just have to do what's best for Anberlin and for the listeners and if we feel we can get more people to try our music out if we go with a major label. But, it's definitely not about the money anymore. Indie labels are as big as major labels now as far as finances go now, as far as how much the actual bands get. So, I don't know, it's up in the air. I don't think it's a matter of "selling out" because who hasn't sold out? I mean indie rock is the new pop. I mean, we are pop music now. Everything from Fall Out Boy to My Chemical Romance are now the leading bands where bands like N*SYNC and Backstreet Boys were five years ago. So, it's not selling out anymore, in staying with indie labels, staying with major labels, it's the same thing nowadays.
