Have any of you seen this movie before? It's about a real estate company who is trying to motivate its employees. It has Al Pacino, Kevin Spacy, Alec Baldwin, Ed Harris and some other guy whose name I forget. It is about ten years old but worth seeing.

i believe its called glengary glenross.

if you liked ^ spacey has another film that is sort of a testament to it called The Big Kahuna (its an ok film but not as good as glengary)

kevin spacey is one of my favorite actors. he has had some of the best characters ever in cinema history: keyser soze, john doe, lester burnham....just to name a few
