Farook Bulsara was a god, brian may is one too. I do have to say though, not a big fan of the reunion, even though it did lead to me seeing the foo fighters with Roger Taylor doing tie your mother down with Taylor on vocals.

I have nothing against Panic!, but their cover of Killer Queen was awfull.
Queen was such a great band. My mom was obsessed with them, she saw them like 4 times...

i don't think it matters who covers queen, it's pretty hard to do one of the greatest voices in rock any justice

okay i'm new but how could you compare brand new to queen? i mean as far as longevity queen are right up there along with the likes of bowie where as although brand new are a good band they're relatively new in comparison

Queen is great..i just watched Classic albums on VHI classic channel about there cd "a night at the opera". They are like the best "band" in terms of everyone putting in effort, and doing different things, but i would say led zepplen has made better music...Freddie is one hell of a singer though..and a jacked up grill haha

Brian May is a great guitarist my #1 influence however.

Freddie Mercury was a great song writer, great pianist and no one could touch his vocals.

He even wrote bohemian rhapsody on guitar it was mostly him.

He also wrote ogre battle on guitar which is my favorite song by queen and when he wrote it he played it even faster that it is on Queen II.

I just think Freddie Mercury wins based on his overall musicianship.

However Brian May is like the king of rock arrangements.

Queen is the best band ever, and Freddie Mercury could not be surpassed in vocals ever, in my opinion.
Once I was blasting Another One Bites The Dust and my friend said that Queen sucks and Freddie had a horrible voice. Well, in short, he is no longer my friend. To be more specific, he'll never carry on his family name.
