It looks like one of those films that is going to be either suprisingly good or disappointingly bad.

I can imagine that the trailer may have given away alot of the best parts

I imagine that Carrey will be as good or better than Robin Williams in a dramatic role.

I agree, although Carrey has already pulled off three stunning roles that are, by definition, "dramatic" -- The Truman Show (my favourite movie, ever), Man on the Moon, and Eternal Sunshine...

Those movies all had a taste of trademark Carrey, though. This movie looks entirely serious.

He's my favourite actor, so I'm looking forward to this movie.

I was pleasantly surprised by the trailer. Looks like a cool idea, too.

I am going to check this one out. I love Jim Carrey because I think the best actors are the comedy actors.

Not like crappy PG-13 comedy that has a nice little love twist in it, but like Ace Ventura, Dumb and Dumber, the comedies that are actually good and enjoyable movies.

Then again there was also the Majestic which was pretty bad. Still, this should be good.

Is that a compliment or an insult?

I took that as a compliment.

I would hope so. Robin Williams is incredible with the range of roles he's been able to play.
