I really like Inhale Exhale.
Haven't heard too much of Life in Your Way/Cry of the Afflicted... and yeah, Destroy the Runner turned me off cause it sounded exactly like AILD, but not as good

I actually like Twelve Gauge alot. Destroy the Runner is solid, though they do sound like AILD. Inhale/Exhale is ok. Haven't checked the others out yet.

I really like DTR. I really don't care too much for Inhale/Exhale and Twelve Gauge Valentine is terrible. I haven't heard anything by the other two new bands so I won't bash them yet.

Why is this so confusing? I think it's a great signing by Metal Blade. They don't fit the exact stereotype of a Metal Blade band, but that's a good thing. Labels should not sign one type of band. I don't think Evergreen Terrace is too much of a stretch from the general Metal Blade band.

not a bad signing, just a surprising one. I guess it shouldnt be too surprising considering metal blade was once home to the Goo Goo Dolls....

good point. i expected to see evergreen terrace sign with one of the bigger hardcore/metal labels. they do great on tour, people love them...so why WOULDN'T you want to sign them?
