I realize we have three mods already as well as staff members having mod capabilities, but I think it would be great to have a moderator that was one of the Eurokids because that kind of covers all the basis of time on AP.
I know we have a lot of mod capabilities already, but it's a bit unnecessary to have three mods in just about the same time zone and then have a big block of time where no one from the US is really on.

This is a good idea.

The only time I think that could be "under-covered" would be maybe 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM (eastern time), but not too many people post then.
I check every weekday morning at about 9:30, I know Jaime's usually on in the later morning, then I usually get home at about 2:00 PM and am usually here (unless I happen to work) on and off until I go to bed around 2:00 AM, give or take an hour. Tuesdays and Thursdays I don't have classes in the morning so I'm checking all morning too. Eda and I rarely work at the same time, so there's always at least one of us. She's probably going to be getting out of school before noon now too.
And that's not even counting staff, I think Drew is usually up really late.

That's not true. Sam brought up this arguement when Tristan was made a moderator but it doesn't really make sense. Jaime is around in the mornings and I'm around in the afternoons; thus, every "time-zone" is pretty much covered. Tristan was made a moderator because Jason wanted him to be one, not because we needed another moderator.
The forums will never be "unmoderatated" because there's so many people on Staff too, so there's always someone around.
I hope that helps.

I bring this point up because around 7-8AM this morning there was an issue with some retarded member making a million fucking threads and there was no one around to take care of it.

I think Jaime took care of that. Unless you're talking about something else. Anyway, those kind of things can happen during the day too. No one can stay on their computer all the time until another moderator can take over. But yeah, everything is pretty much covered and it was before too. Jaime has always been on in the mornings and I'm around in the afternoons. Tristan is online in the morning and afternoon, it just depends on his schedule.
