Shouldnt they need to prove the tea can make you crazy before he could win the case? I mean anyone could plead that.

If they're advertising for Lipton, wouldn't that make them America's Biggest Capitalists?

And Mobilize, yeah they should have to prove it. But the American Justice System isn't about truth, it's more about making sure that the state meets it's burden of proof. Apparently there was a reasonable doubt in the mind of the jury/judge as to whether or not the man was insane from the tea or not.

A quote from the article:

"The judge dismissed aggravated assault and burglary charges after receiving a report from a toxicologist confirming that jasmine, when taken in high doses and combined with other chemicals, could cause psychosis."

i think it depends on the person, if the person is violent at heart, then the weed will only add to this and allow this person to act out in a way he could normally control.........

I don't totaly disagree with that, but its been my expiernce that you're just too mellowed out to be violent. I've alse never seen any statitsics or anything that suggest that marijana increases your potential for violence.

I must have gave the wrong impression, because I know that weed doesnt cause violence, again Marijuana Myths Marijuana Facts. However it does stunt brain development in children, my point was that the banners they use are a little unfit, I dont know, maybe that marijuana one was take out of context, but it was just a little funny..."Sure let your four year old light up..."
