my second place goes to Extol - "Synergy"

if you like technical prog metal, you will love this CD. sooo good.

honorable mention: FSF, cursive, rx bandits, five iron frenzy, and yellowcard

how did I know someone would say that?

I'll go with "Deja Entendu" too.... RUFiO "MCMLXXXV" is up there too. As well as Fall Out Boy's "Take this to your Grave" and the Ataris' "So Long, Astoria"!!!!
