Ive been coming to this site (The website itself not the boards) for about two years and this place was soooo different back then. There were only a few news post a day and none of them were about how Tate the boys from Name Taken had a pillow fight or anything. As the site grew and people knew about so did his ego

I read the news posts, pretty much every day. there is a lot of useful stuff there, i think. That was the only reason I used to visit AP until I got the balls to sign up for the messageboards. I've even posted in the news section a couple times....

yeah i do. in australia, no one has any idea about punk and the news at AP.net is one of the places i get all my info from. I've first heard of almost all the bands i love now from this website (except the first couple i loved- blink, nfg, fenix tx (RIP) ), so i owe a lot to this site. if it didnt exist, the only punk bands i'd like would be good charlotte and sum 41

i try to read through the news every day. theres a lot of good stuff that other sites dont have and the news is about the bands i enjoy. i signed up for the forum because i liked the site. i dont understand how half the people here dont like the news, bands or info on the site. why dont you go complain in another forum. i dont understand why your here.

i read it 'cause it's there and it's the only place to get any news. i skip over the stupid crap, like when some band is gonna be on a california radio station at 3 am. to me that's just worthless.
