This is a really hard choice for me. The songs on Guitar Hero II apeal to me a lot more, but I went with Guitar Hero I because I am more familiar with the songs and I can completely pwn anyone who challenges me... Yeah, I know one is easier than two.

a few are "as performed by" in which the band is actually playing them, while the ones GH did are "as made famous by".

I think the songs on one are a lot better but I think the play is much more fun on two. It's more difficult, and the pull offs and hammer ons work a lot better.
