Hey!
Just trying out your forums, so I figured I should post the last song I wrote... Tell me what you think?

"Enamored"

BRIDGE:
She - the picture of grief
Left without relief
In this calamity

He - a lost little boy
Unwilling decoy
For this insanity

VERSE:
Eyes open wide they only see each other
Walk hand in hand, a new world to discover
She teaches him how to not fear the unknown
He teaches her she needn't be all alone

And while together they would know no boundaries
Blood tainted by the same malicious disease
Words whispered in his ears are so seductive
Words forming in her mind so self-destructive

BREAK:
No force could pull them apart
No one could tell from the start
What they would make themselves choose
What they would be forced to lose

INTRO:
They - asleep and in bed
As their blood is shed
By the hands of a child

She - speaks comforting words
The like never heard
Through lips in a smile

VERSE:
The crimson stains on his hands burn like acid
Her smile and laugh can not efface what he did
His head resent her but his heart still love her
He looks at her but sees the blood-soaked covers

But then she pulls herself into his embrace
A saline river flowing over her face
Their choreography absurd yet flawless
carotid arterys meet razor's caress

INTERLUDE

VERSE:
Trapped in this photograph they'll dance together
And in that frame they will live on forever
The sepia tone speaks of a past so distant
The last tangible proof of their existance

I like that line....

His head resents her but his heart still loves her
He looks at her but sees the blood-soaked covers
