Yeah, I had to find IE to download it. And then in IE, I had to turn off all pop-up blockers and phishing detectors in order to download it. It was a pain.

but I got it another way.
now that I think of it, the Lovedrug bonus ep didn't work with my mac either.

and idk about anyone else, but I don't find it a great incentive to purchase the cd.
I would have purchased it anyway, but come on. 4 live songs, 2 of which I don't like to begin with.
I guess I just feel like complaining.

No, we're talking about separate downloads that you get if you bought the CD from Best Buy. There was an insert which came with the CD that provided a link to get the Best Buy free tracks at. Unfortunately, that link does not exist.

WELL because i live in loserville and theres nowhere to buy cds ( i live on an island with no music stores or malls -- seriously, no joke) i had to get my sister to pick up the cd for me. she got it on the release date BUT since shes a procrastinator like myself she hasn't sent it yet, which means i wont get the leaked in london. i'm depressed.

yeah.. funny thing is the laminate was shipped out on january 26th and i still have yet to get it. the cd was shipped out on february 6th and i got on february 8th. im not sure how that works, i dont know why they didnt ship both of them together but tomorrow ill be calling to complain because this is ridiculous. when you pre-order shit you should get it on the day the cd comes out, not be expected to wait about a week after.

i was pissed about that simply because they don't say it on the site. i was wondering if i called them and told them i only bought it from them because of that and they didn't have any kind of disclaimer about not working with macs if i could get some sort of store credit or discounton my next purchase....because i understand not wanting to re-code things multiple times to work with different platforms, but not warning prior to purchase that this special feature that should make you want to buy the cd from them doesn't work with anything but windows is stupid.

my free laminate and cd shipped seperately, i got them a week apart....and i got the cd on friday, so most of you will probably get it on monday. doesn't "preorder" imply you'll get the cd by the release date?! they shipped mine the day before the release date....and i preordered it a week and a half in advance.

The fact they're MP3s is nice. Shame they used the iTunes codec, which means it actually sounds about as good as a 128kbps LAME MP3, and it's 224kbps is just odd (what sort of bitrate is that?!?)

I ordered from loserkids and it works for me :wave: i'm pretty sure it will work for you too, you just gotta do it right. The Live in London EP is alot better than i thought. The songs sound great live. Especially "Golden".

If you buy the CD at Costco, you can take it home burn/rip it, and then return it. Their return policy is way too easy to abuse. Just dont do it too often.

Can anyone who got it to work on their mac tell me how? I downloaded CDPass and it said it was succesfully installed. I then uit Safari and re-started it like it said, however everytime I try to verify the CD it says Plug-in not installed. I don't have pop up blockers on and I checked to enable plug ins!
