U.S. News: “A federal judge has ruled that a CIA agent identified only as ‘Doe,’ allegedly fired after he gathered prewar intelligence showing that Iraq was not developing weapons of mass destruction (http://www.usnews.com/usnews/news/articles/070209/9cia.htm), can proceed with his lawsuit against the CIA.”
