Why does everyone that represents a peaceful revolution or a peaceful change always end up a victim of violance

Because any individual that supposes radical change is subject to the visceral response of those that wish to keep society the same, with its various repressive structures.

I'd say because change from the status quo usually scares those who have and keep power (and wealth) based upon its continued existence.
