I think both are amazing albums from the 90's and should by no means be forgotten. Which do you prefer?

The last three tracks on TEB are amazing...

I know... Just trying to spark up an argument. Alright best track then for both. I would say motorcycle drive by on TEB and Just watch the fireworks on Clarity

goodness. This is hard. I am voting Clarity. Only because every song is solid on Clarity, and TEB has a few weak tracks. Both great albums, but Clarity is slightly better.

Yeah, anyone who hasn't heard Clarity, get on that now. Download it if you have to, but just LISTEN to it.

But my favorite is definitely TEB s/t, because that just happens to be my favorite album of all-time, so it's really no contest. So many memories tied to that album from the first track to the last one.

I just listened to TEB again last night and must say this is a hard choice. I stick by my first choice. Clarity.

tough choice because both albums are incredible. i choose clarity though.

I remember when both albums came out.

Third Eye blind is less edgy today then they were then. It's still pop/rock garbage.

Clarity wins with ease. 3EB are one of my favorites but you're stacking their self-titled up against the best album in the history of indie-rock, so no.

i feel that too.

i remember getting it because i liked there name when I was probably around 8, and it wasnt until I got a little older that I realized how amazing it is.

i've been listening to at least a song from it every couple days for a good 3-4 years.

If anything, just listen to their self-titled. Their latest from 2003 is major major suckage. And the reason is, because you love me. <3.

Oh, and Clarity. But 3EB - s/t is still a good album.

I do enjoy both, but def. clarity. I could listen to clarity any day. The problem i have with listening to third eye blind, is that the vocals get really boring about half way through the CD and i get sick of listening.

Agreed, Motorcycle Drive-By is easily their best song ever. IMO it is better then every song on Clarity. Clarity is amazing too, I just think Motorcycle is easily in the top three fav songs of all time on my list.

I don't know. I really don't put Third Eye Blind and Jimmy Eat World in the same spectrum of music when i think about them. I could never say which one i think is better. Both timeless albums.

third eye blind last release was very strong, people just dont give it a chance. its way underrated.

I got it for 7 bucks (Australian, so like US$4) in the bargain bin, and loved their first, and liked their second albums, so i was stoked. Until i listened to it. It started off really strong, and just fizzled out on about the 5th track. A lot of it after that sounded so forced to me. Kinda fake. I'm totally not one of those people who hate it when a band mellows out, or matures. But this was a major step backwards from Blue.

I gave it lots of chances, i really did. If others liked it, then coolness. But i really really tried to like it, and have given it plenty of chances and forced listens. Nope.

I might dig it out and do that.

And i liked the song on the bonus DVD menu. They should have put that on the album.

But yeah, it's all subjective opinions. I didn't mean to come off as what i said was the truth :-)
