Where is the search function in the forums

I don't want to be that guy, the guy who starts threads about existing threads. So where can you search by thread topic?

There were a few bugs or something, its only gone temporarily but it should be back any day now.

Is there a way to get to exact posts anymore or no? I could be completly missing something.
