If Yellowcard did not have a violinist in their band, would you still like them? And also would you think they would be this popular, without a violen player? Or did you just not like them to begin with?

I would still like them just not as much, if they did not have a violenist. But if they did not have a violenist, i prolly would have never heard of them.

I don't like the band to begin with, so it really doesn't matter either way.

yellowcard has only 2 options to salvage their band. 1) drop the violinest and become a hardcore punk band. or 2) keep the violinest, pick up a mandolin player, a floutist, an accordian player, and an accoustic guitarist and become a flogging molly cover band.

I don't really like the violin that much.
On the fast songs, it sounds like a fiddle, and fiddles remind me on country, which fucking sux!!
I don't mind it though on slow songs

I'd like them, but they wouldn't be one of my favorites. The violin really adds to the music.

I'd like them either way, but the violin does add to their sound.

no, you're thinking of bluegrass. which sucks also.

as for yellowcard, i've never really cared for them. i downloaded some of their songs a while back and they just didn't do anything for me. and besides, any band that covers a michelle branch song has to be gay.

haha, shut up.

i like the violon. adds something different. if they didn't have the violon then um... i guess i wouldn't like them that much. but i only noticed that they had a violon about a year ago, 2 years before i first started listening to them.

i'd cover a michelle branch song! depending on what song it was...

The new album is the worst thing they ever did...it sounds just like a Drive Thru cover band with a violin. "One for the Kids" and "Underdog" were much better...Tate needs to remove his dick from this bands ass...they wouldnt give him the time of day if he didnt have this website. I hate hearing him brag about how he's such good friends with them.

I thought it was bad enough that Tate has been promoting the shit out of this band, but not you guys too! Stop the madness.

A gunrack? What am I supposed to do...with a GUNRACK? I don't even own *a* gun, let alone MANY guns that would necessitate the need for an entire rack.
