To me there are so many great bands that broke up that I miss (examples: at the drive in, Opivy, Indecision) but I think at this moment I have to go with Rival Schools.

And Rage too...not only because they were a good band, but also because we wouldn't have to put up with this Audioslave shit if they were still together.

wtf is up with these comparisons of the atdi and the mars volta??? mars volta is more experimental, if anything sparta is trying to pick up where atdi left off at......of course that can never be done without cedric.
anyway, my pick would be ATDI.

I also miss hopesfall, they were great, i know they're still together but he new music sucks, they might as well break up, they're career ended after "no wings to speak of" in my book.
I WANT HOPESFALL BAAAAAACK!!!! :(

Gotdamnit while I'm speaking my mind, ya know who the fuck else I want back? Earth Crisis, Minor Threat, Gorilla Biscuits, State of Alert, I want HUM back gotdamnit. I want Zao to quit reforming for one show, and just come back, I want The MovieLife to put out a GOOD record (revelation hq days). Fuck Further Seems Forever, I want StrongArm back, I also want Bradley Fighting Vehicle back. I ask for too much.

Promise ring. am i the only one that misses them. probably.
I'm gonna have to say either sunny day real estate or jawbreaker. Oh, and mineral.
HUM is getting back together for a festival in Alabama. Though no further plans are in place.
Student Rick broke up and some members already have a new band on tour.
The Misfit (only one original left) is on tour.

bad pick. more jawbreaker = no more jtb. and we cant have that happening.
I disagree Cole;
Great Jawbreaker albums:
Dear You
24 Hour Revenge Therapy
Bivouac
Good Jets to Brazil albums:
Orange Rhyming Dictionary

well if youre a big jawbreaker fan it makes sense that you would only like orange rhyming dictiionary. four cornered night and perfecting lonliness are a lot different but i think theyre just as good.

Four Cornered Night might have been a mistake, but you can't say Perfecting Loneliness isn't good.
