ok guys, i'm late and the convos about this have been going for a long time on here, but i'm finally breaking down and ready to buy one...but they're nowhere to be found. fuck. figures.

anyway, does anybody have any advice or tricks to help me find one asap? now that i want one, i really hate waiting. any help is appriciated.

The only real way is to find out what day they're shipping and get there about an hour before the store opens. You can ask guys that work there when they'll be getting a new shipment but recently, they've been told to lie to you.

I work at a Gamestop and I know at least our store gets shipments randomly Monday through Saturday and there's no telling when Wiis are gonna be there. We have a few regulars who call every hour on the hour and then theres always lots of people that come in just to ask. Good luck.

last night at our local walmart they got 15 in and in less than 4 hours they were down to 1...

I went to 6 different stories looking for wii play last night too and the only place in town to have it was that walmart. Got the last copy.

How is Wii Play?its really worth the ten bucks (its $50 but the remote is really only $40), I mean I needed an extra remote so that was why I got it, but for the extra ten bucks it is more than worth it. me and my brother have been having a blast with the target game, the cow riding game, the pool game and the airhockey game. Air hockey is my favorite and alone worth the ten dollars. I love it.

I work at a target and most of the time when we get them we hold em till sunday


Look in the video game case and if they aren't there don't ask, you're more likely to get a bullshit answer

sunday morning is going to be your best bet; more CC's and BB's are getitng them in pretty regularly on friday's and putting them on the shelves sunday morning to go along with the ad.

man I still say one of the best mornings of my life was being 17 in line outside of the local target, some of the coolest dudes were there waiting and we had mario kart ds tournaments...it was amazing having waited outside for over 20 hours.

I was at a local walmart for the midnight launch but the guy in front of me got the last one and then so I went to target. It was considered one of the highlights of 2006.
