Stutterfly used to be great before they committed "And We Are Bled Of Color". The first album "Broken In Pieces" was extremly promising. I had great expectations at the time. But they were a metal band, and that is what they were good at...
I had the feeling they got ruined by the production (and label pressure ?) for the release of "And We Are Bled Of Color"... They turned their sound in something screamo-ish and it was really inappropriate. The song "Gun in Hand" on "Broken in Pieces" was so much better than the version they wrote for "And We Are Bled Of Color", much darker, more intense and displayed a strong identity that went missing on the second album...
I really hope they manage to get back to what they used to be because they seem to be very talented...

The name change is an improvement. I saw these guys play a couple months ago and they no longer sound like Stutterfly. The new singer just didn't bring the same intensity that the other members did. All the dudes in this band are super nice guys, but they're music just doesn't have anything new to offer. I think Cry of the Afflicted are a better Kelowna hardcore band.

You don't know how wrong you are. Jordan is an incredibly talented bass player and singer. I've seen numerous live shows and spent time with them in the studio and he is a great musician and songwriter. Obviously you are entitled to your own opinion, but at least make an informed one.

The new singer also sound good, but he's not really comparable to Chris. He sounded more nu-metalish, which wasn't a bad thing. I'm sure they will get signed again soon and we will hear more from them in the future.
