Well I go to Oxford so expect that runs courses in everything there is to do so its a University, but we call college what you do after high school so when your 16-18.

Ah, okay. For us high school is 14-18, and college is 18-22. Then if you want a Master's or Doctrate, etc, you have to go graduate work.
