For not giving you a fair chance to listen. I saw these guys with Jack's Mannequin last year and thought they were alright, but didn't really get what they were all about. I just got the album from a buddy and i honestly can't stop listening...the beautiful sounds combined with the dude's voice is amazing.
i am now an official fan of copeland!

There okay but kind of boring. I have a few of their albums, i listen from time to time.
yeah, that's why i had no idea what people were talking about when they claimed how great the band was...but i guess just actually taking the time to listen to the whole album really got me into them

a lot of people will just toss them aside and call them "boring".
but then again, if you want to take that route, there are many other artists/bands that you can call "boring". music isn't always loud, fast, and exciting.
Copeland is a great band and I'm glad you're a fan now. I guess they're just one of those bands that have to grow on you.
"Beneath Medicine Tree" is by far my favorite album by them.

Beneath Medicine Tree is top ten all time. In Motion isn't much, but the new one brings the magic back a little. But believe me, BMT is incredible.

Beneath Medicine Tree is by far their greatest, but the other two aren't bad. "You Have My Attention" is one of the best live songs I've ever seen...
I think Copeland is amazing on their albums, and live, too. A lot of people think they are so boring live, but when I saw them I couldn't understand how anyone would think that. They really blew me away.

I know how you feel. I listened to what they have on their PV page, but not any more...then I was looking around for good music, and found Copeland's old stuff, and instanly fell in love.

You need to check out their "Do You Hear What I Hear" on the Maybe This Christmas Tree comp. I'm sure it has a little digital aid, but still, it is the highest voice I have ever heard come from a man. On another note, I absolutely love this band. All three albums have been something different and and when taken for what they are, they are outstanding.

I would rather listen to the collective sounds of a football team engaged in an excrement session than subject myself to eat sleep and repeat.
