DS Games

I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow and I need a DS game for the plane ride. I want one that's obviously good, but also one that my fiance and I can both like. So something pretty accessible I guess. I'm getting The Warriors for my PSP so I'll be good, but she likes the DS a lot, so I figured I'd surprise her with a game. Right now, the leaders are Wario Ware, Sonic Rush, and some Kirby one. Help!

Nintendogs kinda seems like a gimmick to me, but that just might be because I haven't played it. Is there a game there? Or is it simply just a virtual pet?

New Super Mario Bros. and Mario Kart DS are by far the two best games out for DS as of now. I'd also say Sonic Rush is pretty good, and Elite Beat Agents if you can get over the learning curve.

It should also be noted that Elite Beat Agents has some horrible music in it, as well. Haha.

Well I just got back from Best Buy... She ended up not being able to tell me one, got mad that I was trying to help and then hung up on me. No DS game for her, lol.

Vice City and The Warriors on PSP for me ftw.

It's all good, I was actually never really a fan of Animal Crossing even though tons of people were. I came close to getting her the Super Princess Peach game, but she insisted no, so i obeyed, lol.

Yeah, alot of it is butt rock, but whatever. I just play Sum 41 anyway, haha.

Eh, my girlfriend has it. It's alright, but you'd be much better off with Mario Kart DS.

I play Tetris DS most. It is the best version of Tetris out there.
