techincally, from what i've heard, you can symbolize it and verbalize it anyway you want, just with 3 repeating symbols or syllables so *** $$$ ### are all !! just, whatever you want. that's what i've read anyway, in an interview somewhere haha

Every single time news is posted on !!!, there are a handful of posts asking "How do you pronounce that?" or something related to the band's name. I wish people would just get past it and listen to the music. And no, you can't insert any symbol you want. The band name is "!!!", nothing more and nothing less. As for how you say it, it's any sound you want said 3 times. But it has to be the same sound. And just for a little FYI, according to a !!! 12" I own, there's a sticker on it that says "Spell it !!!, but say it chk chk chk". That's the most commonly used and known form.

As for this album, it's incredibly good - as expected - and follows in the format that fans have come to know and love. My personal favorite is "Bend Over Beethoven", especially towards the end when the sound snowballs.

I do think it's ridiculous that Panic! At the Disco are releasing videos to an album that came out in September 2005. And I do think it's ridiculous that people have to bring up !!!'s name a dozen times in every news thread. They're 2 seperate ideas. I'm not really seeing your logic here. And trust me, I'm not worrying about the questions being asked, I just think it's tedious and overdone.
