my friend just died the other day and everyone is having a hard time getting over it especially one of my friends named destiny. she keeps having these panic attacks and i dont know what to do. i really wanna be there for her and help her but i dont know what to do. she is my really good friend and its even harder seeing her like this besides the fact that lisa died. i wanna help her. ?

i would just try to be there for her. hugs always are good. but keep in mind that sometimes people need space. you dont have to always 'talk about it', just be there. it's scary when someone you love dies- it really puts life in perspective. she might just be having a really tough time coping with it. if she is having panic attacks though, i would see a grief councellor. panic attacks can be very dangerous.
i hope she feels better, and you do too. im sorry about your friend.

if she's having consistent panic attacks she should go see her doctor about possibly being prescribed Paxil or any other Anti-Anxiety SSRI. She should also see a therapist for some Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
