I started to talk about this in the NFL thread but here it is again...

Going to start a mock draft here. Create your own and compare. See who's right or just way off

Post whenever, The drafts not until April 28-29th so theres really no rush to make one but feel free to do so.

Wow dude. that's unreal that you did 7 rounds. That's commitment.

I actually like the first guys the lions take, i could see it panning out like that.

there is no way Brady Quinn falls that far

Wow how long did that take? The only thing I have to say is I highly doubt the Ravens will take a DT since they just took Haloti Ngata and have Kelly Gregg

I think theres a better chance of the Ravens taking Adam Carricker than that G since they just recently drafted Jason Brown and Chris Chester

my draft is a little differnt from some others i've seen. I've got Quinn falling to the Panthers, and Ginn falling to the Titans.

(I wouldn't have given the Titans Ginn, but with Pacman's future in limbo, they need that special teams weapon, and Gin is the one guy that can equal or surpass what Pacman was on special teams)

I hate to tell you this, but Lawrence Timmons? The Bills already have 3 OLB who could start (Spikes, Crowell, Ellison) they don't need another one. If it fell the way your draft did, I think they'd take Okoye.

a few of my picks were based on players moving over a posiiton...say moving from FS to SS or DT to DE. things like that.

it only look me an hour or so to finish it so i didnt study up on every pick.

I very highly doubt that the Bills take Quinn, I think they've committed to Losman... I think Quinn's way overrated, so I sure hope we don't take him :-p

Hopefully not Okoye. Kyle Williams had a great rookie season, and Larry Tripplett isn't doing too bad. They also have Tim Anderson (I think his contract may be up though) and John McCargo. My personal preferences for the Bills to draft are: Leon Hall to shore up the defensive backfield, Marshawn Lynch to replace McGahee if he leaves, and then Okoye would be my third choice because he's damn good.

Hey now, be nice... haha. Losman is making huge progress game-by-game. He's just not capable of maturing as fast as other quarterbacks may be.

to the guy who has the bengals taking medlock, UCLA's kicker, in a late round. i wouldn't complain, that guy has a ridiculous boot. did anybody see him in the skills competition. but i think everybody's agrees they are going to take somebody from the Gators roster.

Note to all mockers, the Jets biggest need is a DE we were atrocious in rush defense this past season. If he is available when the Jets pick, give them Adam Carriker DE Nebraska. He is an animal 6'6" 300lbs and ran around a 4.75 at the combine. With that being said, there are alot of people in your first round who arent first rounders (McCauley, Pitcock) to name a couple.
