although i wouldn't even call it skateboarding. he takes it to a completely different level.

i've tried to do one tenth of the stuff he does. so far i've gotten casper to primo to jumping off the board 180 and then just roll the board over to land it.

I've been a hug fan of Mullens for years and years now. He was the one who inspired me to start skating to begin with.

Rodney Mullen is so far above any other skater I've ever seen a video of. He invented most of the basic tricks anyway.

You can't beat that. I mean, as if it's not enough that they're the most impressive moves I've ever seen, he makes them look like they're so easy. He hardly even seems to move his feet. That's what makes it such amazing style.

He must have the best sense balance of any person I've ever seen. He's just as talented if not more with his feet than the best soccer players. He can certainly do more with them.

on a Rodney Mullen-ish note, has anyone ever seen him do vert? I can't say that I have, i know he is definitely a freestyle skater but sometimes you see those guys doing both, i don't see him being very good at it tho lol

I have a friend who is obsessed with Andrew Reynolds style to the extreme. Because AR loves David Bowie, so does this guy, he even got a tattoo of him, hahahaha

really? that's pretty nice i'll have to read about it, had never heard of him doing it before so was kind of skeptical but the guy is an excellent skateboarder

Vert is pretty boring anyway. It's so confined. Sure people can throw some awesome tricks, but it never looks as cool as real street skating.

yeah i dislike watching it, but it def takes some talent to do vert aswell, was just wondering if he was able to do that too

Rodney Mullen definatly has major skill... as for my fav skater tho... Greg Lutzka is pretty sick, i don't think he gets enough credit

yeah he used to skate vert. he actually busted his teeth skating a park near his hosue and his dad (who's a dentist) had to fix them. just a random fact i guess
