Does anybody have any songs that they secretly like, and if they're punk rocker hardcore friends found out you liked them they would probably disown you as one of there own? if so what songs? i secretly own a norah jones cd. and save all the laughs, because i'm ashamed as it is. so anyways, just curious if anyone else has any songs they are ashamed to enjoy?

if you have to hide things to be accepted by your friends.....especially when it concerns music...i suggest you rethink those relationships.

especially music? music is so unimportant when it comes to friends. if you lie about what you listen to so what? its not liek its anything important.

i think everyone's getting a little too defensive. it's a matter of guilty pleasures, not acceptance.

gc and simple plan... there i said it. i don't think these bands are any good. but, hey, i'm a sucker for melody. oh, wow... look!! i actually answered the question. what a concept.

Justin Timberlake. My girlfriend plays it so many times in my car that i can't help but sing along to the horrible lyrics and catchy beats. Call me gay if u want, but you're just jealous cuz u'r not Justified

Simon and Garfunkle are nothing to ashamed of, ever. They rock. so does James Taylor...everyone should love him.

i've mentioned this tons of times before, so you probably all already know...but along with all the punk and ska and hardcore i listen to, i love all the corporate pop punk shit as well...ye know, the usual simple plan, good charlotte, sum 41, new found glory, bowling for soup, something corporate etc etc.

yeah i have a couple guilty pleasures. they're not secrets or anything, and i don't care what anyone says. i like them regardless of whether or not you think they're cool or good or whatever. so here goes: simple plan, nfg, sum 41, blink, john mayer, relient k......and since i spent a good part of my life being a pop whore, the only 2 things that have stayed are justin timberlake and christina aguilera. there will always be a special place in my heart for those two.
