I haven't listened to them much. I listened to Braid more. Pretty good by what I remember though.

Phenomenal. I was so fortunate enough to see them for the first time at their last show and they played basically everything I would have wanted them to hear. "Roulette Systems" sounded amazing live.

I owe Bob Nanna and crew so much for rescuing me at a time when music was really starting to lose its meaning and importance to me, the Loses Control album singlehandedly restored my faith.

The Fire Theft

And Hey Mercedes were great! Not as daring, or intense as Braid were, but still great. The City On Film is great too. Can't wait for their new one. Possibly a double album. Bob Nanna is one of my heroes.

You've gotta love a great Simpson's reference.

Hey Mercedes is fantastic. I miss them. Every Night Fireworks is a masterpiece and is flawless.

my first show was Hey Mercedes, Sensefield, and I think the opener was The Soundtrack?

Damon is my idol, I can only hope to be half as good as he is, phenomenal drummer

Hey Mercedes is old news, but good news. Braid was better.

I used to convince myself that I liked Braid better, but it is just simply not true for me. I am a sucker for simple song structure.

I'm with you. Braid is great, but Hey Mercedes gets me everytime.

The only album of theirs I ever listened to was Every Night Fireworks. But I liked enough that I still listen to it every so often.
