Who:
Albuquerque four-piece that’s been kicking around the Southwest since 2001 and is sure to catch more than a few ears at SXSW this year…just not mine.
How is it?:
With a name like Of God and Science, one might anticipate the band to take tumultuous and adventurous leaps with their music. Unfortunately, their brand of indie pop is about as dated as The Bible (The Zach Braff Edition) and as exciting as your typical high school Chemistry book. You keep expecting something to happen over the course of these five minute plus songs, but it never does. Kind of like praying.
I do enjoy this one: “5’7”
