Will someone please explain to me why our economy is so bad and what bush is doing about it. I know the tax cuts are helping., but there has to be more then just that. I heard a theory that it takes 6 years for the economy to show its full effects so that would mean its Clintons fault……can anyone prove this or is it just a theory?
