I'm sure from a dollars and cents money going out and money coming in standpoint all the cuts Gov Snyder is making make sense but we had a burgeoning industry that looked like it had some real long term potential. I guess you have to look at how much money is lost on tax breaks as opposed to how much money is being spent locally by the movie studios, the figure I saw was that film companies has spent 600 million dollars locally since 08, I can't imagine that the state has lost that much on tax breaks. Even if his budget doesn't pass he's allready done damage forcing productions to pull out of Michigan. I imagine the nerd having a tough relection season in a few years.
