dumb iPod : i need suggestions

Ok, so i can't get thru to apple for some lame reason (my cell phone sucks, ha)...


Just curious if anyone has tried this solution for a failing iPod??? Because i have done everything apple support says to do online........

step one: throw out your ipod
step two: buy a Zen Vision.

seriously, ipods arent worth the hassle. ive never seen anybodu successfully fix one aside from getting a replacement from apple.

they have great costumer support (from my experience)

Go to your nearest Apple store and the genius bar.

Get a Zen. I've had mine for about 2 years and haven't had any issues. Plus, I can put subscription music on it :)

iPods are overrated status symbols.
