i duno if this is a stupid question, but is there a place on here where you can seach bands n songs and actually listen to the whole song?

Some band profiles have songs in them, but essentially no.

Click Profiles on the bar on the top, then go to artist profiles, they're listed alphabetically and you can search. If there is a little brown square to the right of their name, music is available in their profile. Many profiles also have links to sites where you can hear the artist's music.
